• Your name and contact information (email and/or phone number)
• A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed
• The URL or direct link to the content on ExploreUno you believe is infringing
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or digital signature

2. Removal of Infringing Content

Once a valid DMCA request is received, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while we investigate. We may also notify the user who uploaded it and give them an opportunity to respond (counter-notice).

3. Repeat Offenders

ExploreUno has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. Vendor or user accounts associated with repeated violations may be permanently suspended or removed.

4. Misuse Warning

Filing false or abusive DMCA notices is illegal and may result in legal consequences. Please only submit claims if you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
