Follow the instructions on the packaging to fill out our form and print out the documents needed to ensure you and your pet in their Sherpa Carrier are guaranteed boarding on your flight, if your pet in their carrier are not allowed to board due to the carrier size, we will refund you and your pet’s travel fee. Restrictions and limitations apply, only valid for select major airlines or domestic flights in US and Canada; call airline first to confirm carrier sizing restrictions for your flight.
